This Week's Online Fan Registration ... IS CLOSED!

Registration is still available at the Gate!

Online Registration is open until 635 fans register or otherwise registration closes at 11:00 am on Saturday.

With the announcement by the province of Ontario of the province entering stage three of their recovery plan, Hanover Raceway is pleased to announce an increase to their fan capacity of up to 635 fans on site, beginning with their July 17th race card.

The only registration method will be our on-line registration system, which will open on Mondays at 9:00 am for that week's race card, at register.hanoverraceway.com. Registrations will be available until 10:00 am Saturday morning or until the limit of 635 is reached.

We will not be taking any bookings by phone or email. This system will ensure ease of contact tracing for all guests, as part of the province's conditions for re-opening. Guests will also be asked to engage in passive COVID-19 on-line screening form and are welcomed to the track if they:

  • Have no symptoms (fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, or shortness of breath)
  • Have not travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days
  • Have not been in close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19

We ask that all guests wear a face covering when arriving at our parking lot to check in, as well as when interacting with our staff on-site. We also ask that you wear a face covering when you are within six feet of someone that is not from your household.  Otherwise, guests are not required to wear a face covering if they adhere to those conditions in an outdoor setting.

Maximum six guests at a table together on our Tarmac.

The Raceway will have an outside food booth available for your food and beverage needs, as well as two betting windows with tellers and a self serve machine, which will be on the Tarmac for your convenience. Washrooms will be available and are located in the bottom of the grandstand.

Checked in fans will also not be eligible to go to the backstretch, regardless of their AGCO eligibility.

"We're very pleased to be able to this increased capacity and welcome as many fans back live to the track as we can. We're very excited about our upcoming race cards, which includes the Dream of Glory eliminations on July 24th and final on July 31st. We're looking forward to hearing the sounds of happy fans enjoying our product." said Hanover Raceway General Manager Steve Fitzsimmons.
